Sparrow lake
Does anyone know the ice conditions on sparrow. A buddy of mine wants to get out with me but the way the winter has been not sure if it’s ready yet. Pm me if you don’t want to share with everyone. Thanks in advance just don’t want to waste a drive out there to go check.

Don't know where Sparrow lk is but I can tell you that the ice around Sudbury is really poor. We're losing snowmobilers left, right and center.

Hi Tom Gobble,
A couple of my friends went out between Christmas and New Years on the north side and ice was about 4" to 5" clear but sketchy in some spots.
But they managed 2 wallye each, I think it's too early still as the weather just isn't cold enough.
Last week end there were people fishing at Gull Lake in the narrows and in town of Gravenhurst
