This new measure sounds more like lip service than anything else. I am not sure what has changed? Reduced hrs for non essential goods and services and some construction restrictions.

Yes you can.
I don't think much has really changed. I think the real point is to try to get peoples attention to stop taking increased risks by gathering.

What a circus. No wonder people stopped listening.

What happens with delivery services?
What a bloody mess ... these blanket shut downs are not addressing at all where the COVID
transmission is actually occurring.
...and where is it occuring??? Well it's winter and people spend a lot of times indoors and Canada's building code - going back forever - is based on keeping warm air in and cold air out. So virtually every building has a disasterous ventilation system from the perspective of virus control. It's not new - it happens every fall with cold/flu season. The spreaders are the people that stay indoors.
The politicos are frustrated that their attempts to control the spread have failed and they are blaming the people. But the real blame - should be placed on "winter". But no politician is every going to say that. So, blame the people. Remember last winter... Did the lockdowns work then? No. The spread stopped in spring - as it will again this coming spring. You will have as much luck pushing spring to come earlier as you will with locking people down.

Even in this thread, we got different answers(Interpretations)
I did a little more reading and found this from their press release....Not %100 sure but I interpret this as I can go outside and enjoy the outdoors...(hunting, fishing)
[COLOR="#EE82EE"]Outdoor organized public gatherings and social gatherings are further restricted to a limit of five people with limited exceptions. This is consistent with the rules during the lockdown during the first wave of COVID-19 in spring 2020 and will allow individuals and families to enjoy time outdoors safely.

I think, these guys (our government-Dougie) has it wrong..... Stop closing businesses and go find out (pinpoint) the trouble spots... This blanket approach isn't working.
