From what I see, not for the reason given anyway.
The Party accepted an individual as a card carrying voting member after he was vetted, and he did vote in the leadership race last year. Supposedly, he voted for Duncan as his leadership choice, but that I hear only second-hand. Sloan accepted a donation from that member back in August of last year, of which 10% of the total was gladly accepted by The Party for their own federal coffers.
It is well known there has been a falling out between The Party and Sloan for well over a year, so if they want to boot him they will. This however cannot be justified as the right reason to remove him, IMHO.

I agree with that synopsis. I guess they are trying to remove the rot, before it spreads and costs them at the poles.

I wonder how many ANTIFA, Communists, convicted terrorists, ISIL members etc. contributed to the Liberal's ... oh wait, the media doesn't want to talk about that. Alghabra has made pro terrorist (anti-Semitic groups) statements etc and they have him as an MP. The Conservatives are held to a different standard by far, the Liberals seem to be expected to be corrupt and have people under criminal investigation run with no issues!

The cool aid drinkers voted to re-elect a party whose leader was under RCMP investigation for obstruction of Justice and guilty of ethics violations...now they're throwing stones..seems being a hypocrite is part and parcel of being a Liberal supporter.

Justin doesn't want to talk about the money he received from the illegal casino group .
Maybe since they have been found to corrupt they can give back that money to our debt.
Or nothing about We scam why is it no other volunteers were paid before Justin Trudeau was running for pm.
It's a volunteer for a charity not a business
They should be giving money to the charity not taking hundreds of thousands dollars from it.
