The problem is it doesn't appear that any of the PBs have been charged with any terrorism related offences. I heard a legal beagle on a US station say they have a good chance of challenging the listing as a terrorist organisation. At least till they have been formally charged and convicted of crimes that are related to terrorism.

The charges against some members are criminal...and they may be found guilty, but until they are charged with crimes that fall under the terrorist label...

Two members of the far-right nationalist group the Proud Boys were indicted on Friday in federal court for conspiring to obstruct law enforcement and other charges related to their participation in the deadly riots on the Capitol on Jan 6.

Dominic Pezzola, 43, of Rochester, New York, and William Pepe, 31, of Beacon, New York, were initially charged by criminal complaint and arrested earlier this month, according to a news release from the U.S. Department of Justice.

The men were indicted in D.C. federal court Friday on charges of conspiracy, civil disorder, unlawfully entering restricted buildings or grounds and disorderly and disruptive conduct in restricted buildings or grounds.

Your first two video's are disputes over land claims and we are seeing only snippets of what one side did and not the other, the last video is mostly women being arrested by police using more force than is necessary.
