Unlikely. Ford and Nixon were from the same party and Ford owed Nixon a political debt for appointing him VP. Biden doesn't owe Trump anything nor will pardoning Trump gain anything for him. Biden's own party will eviscerate him if he issued a blanket pardon to Trump.
