Well, that is an issue. If CP vocalize any support of that ... it's a problem.

O’Toole brought on board Jake Enwright, who was Huawei Canada Vice President & Director of Corporate Affairs. He will handle research and issues management for the Conservatives.
O’Toole has already said if elected prime minister there is no way he would allow the Chinese-backed Huawei onto’s Canada’s 5G networks.
Enwright worked for former Tory leader Andrew Scheer, leaving his office in 2018.

Well it look like old news the Conservatives appear to have been in bed with the Communists even when Scheer was leader back in 2018.
I don't know how Canadaman is going to take this news.

I can't believe O'Toole has done that! What was he thinking ? !

I can usually count on several O'Toole posts to my Facebook page every day. It's been like that for the last 6 months. Since last Monday,I haven't seen ONE. Something is definitely happening.

As I've said in the past, the party has lost much of my support since the departure of Max Bernier.
For as long as I have supported the Conservatives, they are making the PPC party look better by the day.
Erin is doing a great disservice to his party, and making it much easier for voters to go elsewhere.

Substantially different than Butts/JT? That didn’t seem to bother the Left here or out there.
This will likely hurt O’Toole. But as always different standards. And it’s worth noting Cons here are actually critical of him and the party.
So I wouldn’t chirp too much
Would appear more Cons walk the talk than vice versa

Wow that is a pretty Mellow reply that medicine must have kicked in LOL
What about all this Communists stuff and Justin and now we have this.
One minute Erin is boycotting the Olympics and all upset about the Uighurs and the Chinese Communists and the next he is taking over the hot spot bed left for him by Scheer. LOL get the popcorn out.
Don't ever go to a gun range with Erin he is likely to shoot you in the foot also.
If this keep's up you might as well declare Justin leader for life.

I think the next election could shake things up in Canadian politics, with many more seats being filled with other parties signaling a wanted change by the people.
If I was a much younger voter I would steer clear of Trudeau and the liberals as they have failed Canadians on so many levels.
Our youth will be the ones paying the price for Trudeaus spending spree. They are the future of Canada and they need to really wake up and realize the future of Canada is not rainbows and unicorns that Trudeau and the liberals are pushing

I’m not sure you want Terry. He and cons have said this isn’t good or acceptable.
Can you or other Liberals here out there say the same?
I could rhyme off 3 dozen things of near and worse.
/crickets. (At best)
In the end, this just shows once again “all of them” are little different. But there different standards. For them, and within the electorate

We are so far in the hole that I believe it's almost impossible to get back out. The government would have to completely stop funding everything for a long time to just pay off the debt that is being rapidly increased by the interest burden alone.
