Mr Harper is responsible for the whole mess, he decided to GET IN THE FACE of Torontonians and he knew full well his little summit would be meet with protesters, but he went ahead because he could. So you do indeed get what you deserve and it ended up being back to back Liberal governments with no end in sight as you have not fielded a viable alternative leader, who right now cannot even hold his own party together so the Liberal party continues.

I don’t ignore it Gilroy. And I’ve called you on it. That is nothing but an
Excuse!!
For shoddy performance and a poor one at that. He was the chief ( highly Paid) of the largest force. And he had tons of resources at his disposal.
You often blame OMERs managers for the loses in 2008 that few saw coming and there was little that could be done...do you not?
I’m sure most professionals in their careers get handed something difficult. Deal with it, that’s what we are paid for....he didn’t, in fact he lost control of the situation.
Like seriously......
But even if we credit your excuse him. A good cheif doesn’t throw his underlying under the bus...regardless of circumstances. They own it...
Just curious did Winston Churchill whine about lack of notice and blame Hitler for dropping Wwwii in his lap?
That what they get paid for Terry.
He’s a pos and a craven coward without the backbone to own his failing

well you know we would have had an extra 80 Billion if Trudeau had not thrown it out the window for fun during his first 4 years. Suppose that's Harper's fault.
I guess gas plants are Harris fault right?

If Trudeau was ever exposed for sexual assault Liberals on here would claim it was her own fault.

What????
Things they are blamed for.
Deficits, debt, and not being in a position to respond financially. Like being short PSWs.
That’s a far cry from Harper deciding to host the G20, and with 8 months ( read that again Terry) to go, switch locations. And expecting MTPS to do their jobs. Poor Billy Blair, almost a year to prepare, multiple forces, and 900 million to spend on the security.....
Bottom line.
He lost control. Of the situation and those under him. And in the aftermath following the largest abuse of civil rights ever.....he squirmed his way out of being accountable like the lieing craven coward he is. And worse, threw his own troops and subordinates under the bus.

No the bottom line is the ARROGANCE DISPLAYED BY CONSERVATIVES. Their high handed attitude "we are the boss, we will have our summit in Toronto".
You can't accept this was a mistake because you like other Conservatives/Republican's THINK you can BULLY the left, got news for you you can't and won't.Next.
BTW We have to keep talking about Harper as you have not been in power since.

The most arrogant government and leader in Canada has been Trudeau. That you cannot deny. Trudeau even tried to enact dictatorship powers.
If I remember he claimed he would be the first and most transparent government but turns out he is the most secretive.
Excluding Covid he rain billions in debt for fun most wasted because he wanted to waste it.
It's funny how government pensioned people love Liberals except they would never be willing to give up "what they got" but demand other should.
In a seriousness I can say without a doubt if you support Trudeau you support the abuse of women, violence and criminal activity. Those are facts we know about Trudeau.

Billy failed to act with integrity (and he continues to act without integrity) - I know very few cops that like him or agreed with his actions. Do NOT blame conservatives for hosting a legal meeting in a major city. The issue lies squarely on the Toronto police services and their leaders for their lack of judgement and lack of integrity. Shameful actually.
