    Default Repurposing projects?

Since moving to the country, my desire to do more around the house has exploded. I cant count how much stuff i've done in the 5 years. My agent is constantly amazed at how much I've transformed the place. Odd thing is the previous owner was a general contractor. But I kind of get it, when you do that all day, it's harder to do it on your down time.

My wife/fiance/partner, what ever label one likes is a huge minimalist and hates how much crap people have and discard. She's always looking for ways to repurpose things. That said, she can't stand repurposed skid pallet anything.

One of my first projects was to rip out our powder room, and two layers of linoneum. Especially what they had for a washstand and sink ( cheap builder counter/steel sink). She found an old dresser someone was trashing ( lots of TLC needed) , a sink someone had bought but didn't like ( so it was new in box) and was what she was looking for. About the only thing we bought new was the faucet light fixture and flooring.

Anyone else have things they've gone?
maybe light the spark of idea's
