I watched the guts of it ... being an engineer ... and utilizing statistics often ... I cannot refute what they are saying. The probability of achieving that level of consistence is very, very, very, very, very low .... left to natural methods. It is likely an algorithm did that ... the only catch is if they aren't actually sharing the whole truth ... we have to believe when he says he applied this to all districts and it's the same outcome ... it's possible they are lying and reporting only a few districts where this works, but not for lots of others.

If we are to believe what they are saying, it is almost certain then that the votes were manipulated by algorithms.
