If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

T, would you even want to do the job today with all the PC , and with the usual comments from people like our resident politician using terms like Gestapo cops?

The good ones step up and try to make a positive difference.
Like in any profession the finger is pointed at the bad ones.
Infringing on peoples rights deserve them to be called out.

Honestly, after talking to friends still serving who have managed to get their butts in the wringer over what seems to me to be the most petty,BS reasons,I doubt it. As for the "resident politician" and those ridiculous "gestapo" comments, check previous posts and their bad attitude motivation becomes crystal clear.

BROOKLYN CENTER, Minn. — The police officer who fatally shot a Black man during a traffic stop in a Minneapolis suburb apparently intended to fire a Taser, not a handgun, as the man struggled with police, the city’s police chief said Monday. Canadian Press just released this one on the MSN.
Apparently there is a two way street when it comes to making traffic stops.

All these shootings seem senseless too me. But whatever happened to actually listening/doing what your told when a LEO asks you to do something?!? I was taught that when I was a kid, hunting in the bush or a traffic stop.

Your absolutely right, ever one of these incidents was a result of the perpetrator not doing as he/she was instructed to do. Almost all are resisting arrest situations.

Anti-police attitudes have permeated the past two generations. Especially in the Racialized Communities where lack of respect for Police authority in rampant.
