They better pitter patter and get back at it because if it is not in stock people will pattern another brand and stick with it. Accutips have been like hens teeth for over a year - I have about 20 sabots left and when they are done and if no Accutips are in stock I will be moving to another brand.

same here we usually use acu, but last year couldn't find anything, i used hornadys and expanders last year , but with my shotgun anyways, it seemed like the hornady shot really weird, they pack quite a punch too. expanders shot great, but the meat loss was unbelievable.

OK,they have the ammo end on a roll. That's great news, indeed. Now,let's see what happens with the firearm end. I can't wait to see what Sturm,Ruger does with the Marlin brand.

    That was just a joke.

    Anyhow,while not using for hunting(yet) i developed really good feeling for Federal 7/8 oz 2 3/4' inch simple lead sabot.In 20 g.
They cost half the price of the Accutip ,easy to obtain (even TSC sells them).

I'll be using mine sparingly until they can hopefully get some on the shelves again. Spent over $200 on slugs and the accutips shot the best and by a considerable margin.

Federal Barnes Expander 20gauge are closest to Accutips I've seen. They are same weight and same speed. Few guys I know that have tested them say they fly similar to Accu tips. They are shooting Savage 220 and Benelli M2 rifled barrel
