This budget was designed to draw a non-confidence vote in order to pave the way for an election, which with all this budget's low hanging fruit is guaranteed to garner votes to thrust the Liberals into a majority status. It would be nuts for the opposition parties to vote it down. What a clever way to play politics. Bye, bye NDP the Liberals have out NDP'ed you.

MikePal I don't know I hope many get hurt, they elected Trudeau knowing he would ruin the future of Canada and saddle them with debt, so maybe they get what they deserve.

So we will never see a balanced budget again and a debt that will be 50% of GDP for the foreseeable future.

Let's hope that when the housing bubble burst (and it will) people have enough savings to get them thru soaring interest rates.

The conservatives are a mess right now with O'Toole as the leader. Its almost like sabotage.
Not enough strength in the party at this moment to bring change.
Now, if Trudeau was to go to jail for a scandal or two perhaps........

Trudeau would never go to jail, if he was caught tomorrow sexually assaulting a woman most Liberals would applaud.

They claim to boost jobs their map shows we should be springing up from this. It was talked about during the second wave so now we are in the third and jobs are still going down. Good luck to them.

They bring in a budget and talk big about boosting jobs but it's already behind as they clearly forgot about the third wave.

Lots of new taxes in the new budget it says it won't affect the middle class but that is a lie lol.

Streaming tax aka Netflix tax will the company just simply pay more taxes without raising the cost of service?

Cigarette tax vape taxes you think those won't effect the middle class?

Wage increase will that not lead to inflation ? Cost more for items I use on a daily basis. I am in the middle class and see many more taxes coming or extra cost.

Add carbon tax going up and yes I see a big fat lie from the liberals budget. These are taxes to tax the wealthy that will trickle down to the consumer.

So how will these new taxes not affect the middle class.

The Liberal party has the highest support from women in elections, maybe they are not reading all the garbage news articles you seem to find down the rabbit hole. LOL

Out of all your list personally only the carbon tax would cost me more but if the interest rates go up that would be covered by savings getting a bigger boost.
