the defense tried to also say he died from carbon monoxide from the hybrid cop car.

sadly its been like this for a very long time. there are countless people wrongfully imprisoned because of that very reason.

16 year old kid walking home from a party gets grabbed by the cops for allegedly stealing someone's backpack.
got thrown into rikers island in solitary for years for absolutely nothing.

I don't think a lynching analogy is real good as the last black man lynched in America was only back in 1981 by the klan.
