No, just treat him fair and equal like everybody else convicted of such crimes. Where would anybody else guilty of these crimes end up?

GP in Federal pen is where he should go.
Nobody said anything about color but somebody mentioned lynching. So the last lynching in the USA was surprisingly a MAN OF COLOR, would you believe it....

Former Police officers are never put in GP for obvious reasons it would be a life sentence. If it happened the "system" would pay for the death via a civil law suit. Much cheaper and wiser to have him in protective custody. Same reason as folks like BERNARDO are still alive.

Looks like he will be handed pretty much a life sentence. How fitting.
How much would it cost to house him for the rest of his life? A law suit might be cheaper...

A white dude.
Billy Bailey (January 1947 – January 25, 1996) was a convicted murderer who was hanged in Delaware in 1996. He became the third person to be hanged in the United States since 1965 (the previous two were Charles Rodman Campbell and Westley Allan Dodd, both in Washington) and the first person hanged in Delaware in 50 years.
As of 2021, he remains the last person to be executed by hanging in the United States.

That he doesn't get pretty much a life sentence, or that a lawsuit might be cheaper?
