    Yes a buddy of mine does that out in BC and he does a lot of cash jobs on the side, he doesn't do as much now but when he was younger I think his best year was 52K on the side.
    Big money doing that kind of work

    That log could have brought in most of the cost to get it down...to bad it got chunked up. !!

    I guess the tree when it fell pounded the ground enough to break the water pipe going into the house - if he had to do it over he would have cut off more pieces before dropping the whole tree

    Fixing the water line isn't a biggy...must be fairly close to the surface.
