Does that qualify to use as an experimental vaccine on the majority of Canadians? That's out for emergency purpose?
Just asking for a friend lol.

I guess the 1918 influenza was nothing as well, they had the same survival rate, even without the intervention that we have with modern hospitals.

Influenza kills just as many or more than covid does so what's the difference ? Under the age of 40.
Influenza kills more under under 20 than covid does.
Side by side comparison there is not much of a difference other than we vaccine to flu to keep it at bay.

The real problem with Covid is that it is much much more contagious. Also according to Dr's it leaves long lasting damage to the lungs

"A new analysis of excess deaths in New York City this spring shows that the current pandemic’s peak had a dramatic impact on mortality in the city, one comparable to that of the 1918 H1N1 influenza pandemic.
Investigators found that while the overall incidence rate of mortality was higher in the 1918 pandemic, the current increase was more striking, given that the baseline death rate today is substantially lower than it was a century ago."
