Year long dry spell over. Big tom!
I got lucky enough for a lonely Tom to wander onto one of the properties I have perms for and man was it crazy. Also yes I am VERY happy. Me and the sun are just having a disagreement.

He's 23.4lbs, 1.25" spurs, Double beard 10" & 9"

I saw this guy out in a wheat field and belly crawled 70 yards through a muddy field to get within 50 yards of this guy. There was some good wind today so I had to adjust for the windage and managed to land a heart shot. Dead on the spot.

Right on, Congrats on a great bird.
Nice to see new growth in the field, we had 2 " of snow here yesterday. lol

Thanks! Yup I did! 23.4lbs. quite a bit bigger than my first Tom which was 16lbs LOL
