    I think most everybody knows there is no such a think as a straight fine without the opportunity of having your day in court. The media feed's into this garbage by declaring offenders getting big fine tickets, that means nothing, if your stupid enough to pay a fine without getting help from a para legal or setting your own court date you have a problem.

    The court's right now are backed up years and many of the tickets issued in the last 18mths are close to getting pulled because of undue delay's. The para legal's are getting great deals right now from the Crown's just to save face and get in some revenue.

    The problem is that the illegal tickets should not be issued in the first place.
    Intimidation tactics are being utilized and these people should lose their jobs immediately.

    Ignorance of the law is no excuse and these idiots need to be held accountable.
    No one should have to defend themselves and incur cost / wasted time to fight tickets that will not hold up in court.

    I love the "Let's enforce the law by breaking the law" tactic.
    We have stooped to new lows. Look this is done all the time, but normally much more covertly ...
