Why i will not vote on next elections
My personal opinion is that the lack of fiscal regime on Federal level(to assure future for Canadians ) lack of straight and lucid approach to just about anything ,and the lack of Federal Government effectively representing Canadians in the World(economically ,health wise and politically)are not beneficial for Canadians.
On a top-i disagree with supporting just about anyone (just because they are happy with support-not because they need the support)slowly but surely taking a desire away from people to take care of themselves.
I prefer straight and short political talks, with weight behind every word-not a hour long meaningless speech, one after another.
At the other hand-slowly ,but surely ,the PC lost all credibility in my eyes too.Not so much on Federal level(yet) but locally.
Federally ,they start to lose rapidly their image too.
I had great discussions with my wife-and we both came to conclusion ,that we should totally ignore the right things(or what we think is right)and just sit back ,and enjoy the benefits of whatever and whoever is throwing our ways.
Example- i was to work til 67,under Harper(i admire the guy ,and i think he was a great statesman)yet-Justin cut it back for me , to 65.
Doug Ford took away the minimal wage increase, what Catherine Wynne was to increase to 15 $/hr ,from14 $.This negatively impacted my Family on my wife's side .Who he gave that money too???
Doug Ford manages the COVID(in my eye)with lack of common sense ,overzealous lockdowns and totally unfair aproach to just about any Ontarian. As much mismanagement as Trudeau does(COVID vaccine fiasco, International Air Travel fiasco, mandatory COVID hotesl,at an all Inclusive Vacation rate for chicken wing hotels)and the Carbon Tax joke.
Doug Ford has audacity to say -times are hard, we are all in it together!
Then he puts freeze on rents, yet lets condo Corp. raise their condo fee,Hydro to raise Hydro cost,City of Guelph to raise property taxes to 15 years high, cuts sick day benefits ,and allows blackmail like Insurance hikes.......
I wish, there is a light at the end of the tunnel, but with these Politicians, no way i will waste a liter of gas to vote for any of them.
I know, this may be leaving power in wrong hands-but there is NO RIGHT hands to give power too anymore.
I am not a freeloader, and worked hard all my life.I am also not politically naïve-but i can not stand when people talk form both end of their mouth-or are not fair.
Our leading Politicians prove to me ,that they are not for us-but for themselves.
In Politics there seems to be lower then low.
Just my rant for the day.
If there would be some clever Politician, who would actually understand the meaning of fairness ,inclusiveness and comprehensiveness...wishful thinking i guess..

I hear you. I would REALLY appreciate some absolute HONESTY!!!! If we are screwed, then so be it, but what’s the plan to get us out? Let’s cut the crap and be honest with each other without judgement or reprisals. It’s been long over due.

I had a problem with the last election too..... I did go vote only to formally decline my ballot. My small way of protesting....

I hear what your're saying gbk. It's pretty well a "damned if you do and damned if you don't" situation in regards to voting? I'm retired with some pensions enough to keep me. Don't owe a nickel to a soul and have no intention of ever spending on things I haven't got the cash for. A good part of me has developed the attitude of "to hell with it! when it comes to politics. The country is pretty well screwed up so bad, no party will be able to sort it out in my lifetime left. And with the mindset of the young ones taking over the reins, there's not a lot to get excited about.
I'll still vote, but may have to hold my nose doing it?

I will vote because I can see the alternatives.... more OICs, more huge deficits, more coverups and lies, more of China over Canadians...
I can hope for better than I expect from duh tool O'Toole but that's way better than we know we will get from Justlied who I know we will only get more and worse of the Worst PM in Canadian history.
Worst Can gov ever

Look at the implications, Not voting is just saying I give up, Canada isn't worth putting in an effort for, no hope.
"All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing." - Edmund Burke
"God doesn't require us to succeed; he only requires that you try" Mother Teresa of Calcutta
"In the struggle against evil, there is no shame in defeat -- only in not fighting." - Steven Hart
Corrie Ten Boom (Ravensbruck survivor, sister died there) - it cost her most of family, they knew the cost, yet they still chose to stand up and it saved Jews during WW2
Sitting on your a** and not voting, a dog or stone can do just as much..... welcome to already becoming a serf.

I will never,NEVER,let other people make my decision for me,especially, the disgusting group of pathetic liberal pecker puffers who are pulling out every stop to remove those rights. That's what I believe we do when we abrogate our civic duty that was paid for with the blood of those who fought and died in two world wars to guarantee that right. To me,it's like spitting on their graves and handing the country over to the powers of political correctness and academic socialist communism.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

Has too much time on their hands
Canada off to a great start 200,000+ lost jobs in April. Unemployment over 8%, increased taxes. More damage to come, our neighbors showing what's in store if we continue this path. Not good
Justin and his crooked crew need be gone election time

The problem is and what people are now waking up to the fact that our votes mean nothing as the elections are rigged and politicians are hand picked well in advance in support of Global agendas. When we have a deputy prime minister with the keys to our tax dollars making billions $$ vaporize into thin air then despair can certainly set in. That's treason at the highest level. No one voted for this.

HOWEVER, there are good people with their boots on the ground at this very moment trying to fight this evil that has descended on us and bring back our way of life that we are entitled to enjoy. I encourage all to throw your support behind them. It may seem insignificant and a loss cause at first but each and every vote counts. Ignore the propaganda spewed out by MSM. Pay attention to the people that are being outcaste. We can make a difference and take back our country from the Globalists who have nothing but harm in store for us.
