While I can see the surface appeal of a plant based treatment there are lots of plants that are just as toxic as anything synthetic.

Without doing a search hemlock, castor beans and tobacco all come to mind. Plant based does not mean something is any safer.

I used a compass. There are no artificial movements of the compass around the shot area, or any other area of my body.
If I bring a fridge magnet in the vicinity of the compass, it has significant influence on its bearing (north does not stay pointing in one spot, it is erratic, drawing to the magnet as I change the relative positions of the compass and magnet). Against my body, the magnet points to magnetic north, no matter how much I rotate the magnet relative to my body, even when directly in contact with the injection site.

I repeated this exercise three times, with the same result.

Therefore, I can conclude, the area around the shot is not emitting magnetic influence on the compass.

I had my Pfizer shot 7 hours ago.
