We have never gotten any flu shots. This virus has shown and proven that the influenza flu is more harmful to my children than covid. The regular flu put more younger people into the ICU than covid is .

I would agree that anyone under the age of 40 dose not need it. I would leave it the same as the flu vaccine and recommend it to anyone over 60 . The regular flu shot is suggested and recommend to anyone over 65 this should be no different, especially since we know it hits the old hard.
