Know our part of the back 40 utterly exploded in boat traffic, vehicular traffic. Didn’t see many complaints. Almost none actually.
Big differences too, between a couple groups and thousands....
.
Same 48 was busy all weekend.
The golf course was packed LoL.

Against my better judgement I fished sturgeon Sunday morning. A complete and utter SShow. Just glad I launched before sunrise, and was gone before it got too bad. I think at one point I counted over 30 boats in a fairly small tight pocket near Goose bay if you know it.
That’s not counting the crotch rockets
All the same, it almost seemed normal. Which depending on ones perspective was/is kind of nice

And Ford? Our provincial lockdown is entirely on him.

Sorry that I brought up an obvious truth. Must interfere with the anti liberal diatribe. Let me say again, lock downs in Ontario are at the direction of Ford and the sitting Conservative government. To truthful for some? Because it is not controversial.

Was pretty quiet on my lake. Saw 2 boats all weekend and one of them was mine. Think our place is just far enough north that it is unaffected. Once you go past Huntsville or perhaps Burk's Falls (when Algonquin back country is ice free) things get quiet in a hurry.

The wilderness is not a stadium where I satisfy my ambition to achieve, it is the cathedral where I worship.

Well I know that the Kawartha Lakes are not far enough north to prevent crowds. Every boat ramp had line ups, of those waiting to test the waters.

I didn't disagree with you. In fact I said "sure", but then asked you to think what the alternative would be like if it wasn't Ford in charge. Reality is any gov't would have us in a lockdown, as most of the world has seen. The other reality is, I'm sure glad I'm not the one making the decisions, but whatever you do 50% of the people will disagree with it.
