Fresh or frozen is always better, If I was in NS or NB right now a fresh steamed pot of clams and Lobster.
Maybe next year after this pandemic is over I go see my cousins in NS and get fresh Lobsters and clams.

We were in Gagetown on a 6 week spring manoeuvre and one of the lads was from a fishing family in Shediac. He was given permission to head there every Fri to get a fill of Lobsters. We'd set up a big pot over a campfire and the cooks would donate the extras.
Man that was a good time !!

A friends family lives in Miramichi. Every time he goes home to visit , he brings back a box of six mason jars, each jar , jam packed with lobster meat. Mmmmmm lobster.
