Looking for hunters to join group
We are a group of 6-8 easy going hunters who have access to 3000 acres 5 min from Huntsville.
The rent is $6000 per year divided by the number of group members (more the merrier).
This area is extremely productive for moose, deer, bear, grouse- rent entitles hunting in all seasons.
There no camp and no drinking or drugs on the property.

Do you own this land or rent it from someone? Just wondering what the rent covers?

Sound almost like renting Crown land for good money...........or,what he offers(if this is a honest deal)one can get for free too.

LOL was literally thinking along the same lines haha.
One could look at this thread as a for sale by owner thread, as money would change hands for something that another person on this site wants/needs.
This new poster did just circumvent the site rules of posting an item for sale without doing 50 good deer, awesome fish, or I agree posts but it depends on how you look at it I guess.
