Even Dr. Tam was also against masks. It was 'politics' that forced her narrative. You could tell by her body language the day she reversed her recommendations on masks. They wanted to see social compliance in their efforts to engineer how we lived under the government-imposed restrictions.

So the masks were useless in preventing the transmission of the virus because the virus could penetrate them. Yet the Boards of Health in this country bent over backwards to pressure businesses to make sure anyone entering their establishments ware a mask. At the outset of all this, they were insisting on the use of face coverings, that got translated by the Boards of Health into face masks as they were the best method to prevent viral spread. What I found out was that the Boards of Health had fallen behind on the research done on face shields as a prevented action, and had more or less veto them as a less than adequate form of face protect - second best if you like., allowing them in a pinch. Right ??? The aerosol virus could somehow could work its way around the face shield, if you were in an environment with a high enough virus level. I kept insisting, for a quick dash in and out of business it was more than adequate. However I got stopped from entering businesses for not having a face mask in spite of the fact I was wearing a full face shield. Understandable because the Boards of Health had through their lack of attention to current research had business intimidate into accepting only the use face mask. .

We flew to Panama the first week of February. While we didn’t wear mask while there our friend did wipe down the plane seats and vents. She’s a Germaphobe. Most passengers thought she was crazy.

We all thought it was odd, customs in Panama were wearing mask, taking temperatures etc.

I guess that tiny country of Panama, that few think or care about ( until ships can’t get through the canal) were in on it before Fauci.

mask should have been worn and recommended right away ( as well as closing airports). The less you know, the higher the risk.
