I wonder if that ruling might be different seeing as Trudeau felt he did not have to follow it.

Parties don’t get elected to government by exhibiting sound leadership policies, they get elected by playing to the various whims, within society.. .

The Charter.....Some on here, even a least one running for office, think that it SHOULD be all about the individual. Not how does government work for the majority of society , but how it works for ME, personally.

It's going to far making new rules banning this banning that . Some think you need to be political correct to be anything.
To many trying to be authoritarians for everyone. Most of it is wasted tax dollars .
