Correct, but not what the question is about.

I always wear my orange but at some point they need to use a bit of sense and consider the purpose of the law. Non hunting ATV riders can wear whatever they like during hunting season.
It boils down to what you are doing. Cruising cutovers looking for game from an ATV, you are hunting and orange is required. Driving from camp to your stand on a roadway, you are not hunting. No orange required. I know of guys charged for driving blocks looking for moose in their truck without orange on.

So say a side side with cab I drive around my own property some time with a unloaded gun in a closed boot is actually mounted in the box
Coyote raccoon
Same for deer in cased gun in box. Maybe 3 three guys in cab if one takes their hat off throws it on the dash ?

Royal Distributing has these, mentioned as legal for hunting. https://www.royaldistributing.com/hi...lmet-skin.html And this is the helmet I use, got checked by MNR and they said it was acceptable. https://www.royaldistributing.com/hi...34-helmet.html Now we all know that each CO has their personal interpretation, but I'd be hard pressed to believe the Judge would entertain a charge of being slightly off colour.

I would buy one of those skins only 10 bucks seems very cheap to me.
Actually I buy as much of my camping stuff orange then it's easier for me to find.

The only bad thing about the skins, you need a half helmet or McGuyver a way to hold it on a full helmet.

Even if you are the camp cook going out to help the lift a buddy's deer into the truck, better make sure you are wearing orange. Tracking shot deer and removal from the woods is still part of the hunt.

Only if you are the owner/occupier of the property..
