Never a good sign when 12 of your MP's quit after they've met the minimum time required to become pensionable...especially on the eve of the next election.

I guess behind the scenes, things aren't the 'Sunny Ways' the Village Idiot thinks they are.

Liberal MPs Karen McCrimmon, Adam Vaughan and Will Amos said Sunday they will not run again in the next federal election.

The news of Amos, McCrimmon and Vaughan's withdrawals come ahead of a widely anticipated election call later this summer. They join nine other Liberal MPs who have already announced they will not be running again.

Also abandoning the Conservative ship

David Sweet, who has been a Conservative MP since 2006, most recently representing the Ontario riding of Flamborough-Glanbrook. He made the announcement he wasn’t running again after it emerged he travelled to the U.S. over the holidays.

— Phil McColeman, who has been a Conservative MP since 2008 in the riding currently known as Brantford-Brant.

— Peter Kent, who has held the Toronto-area riding of Thornhill for the Conservatives since 2008.

— Bruce Stanton, who has held the Ontario riding of Simcoe North for the Conservatives since 2006.

Now its not as many as the Liberals then again its a smaller party.

Also retiring are Tom Lukiwski — Moose Jaw Lake Centre Lanigan
Cathy McLeod — Kamloops Thompson Cariboo
Diane Finley — Haldimand Norfolk [has already stepped down]


So leaving port Captain Trudeau with a crew of 155 members loses 12 members overboard and Captain O Toole with a crew of 119 loses 7 members overboard. LOL

It looks like the Liberal Party is dumping the garbage that couldn't get re-elected dog catcher,especially,Adam Vaughan,the worst of the "woke" wing nut cadre. Bill Blair should be on the list,too. The CPC,on the other hand,are simply cashing in on pensions. We need legislation on pension rules that says an MP must serve 10 years (the same as private sector) before they have pension credits vested.

With all due respect we have to have BALANCED REPORTNG on this forum, or some folks will think Captain O Toole is doing a good job, I know the truth is hard for you to take but you must stop pretending things are going ok for the Con,s.
