    If you have an old nylon tent and a sewing machine you can do one up like genec described. I have one made from the same nylon fabric.
    You can scrunch it down into the palm of your hand and it slides over your bow nicely.
    It's also fairly weather resistant and it'll dry pretty quick.

    Excalibur makes a cheap cotton cover/bag with straps. Quiet enough and folds down small enough for your pocket

    I purchased a pillow case with zipper like this one from Amazon, just check your measurements against the pillow case you buy.

    I found a perfect solution,
    If you have a blind, use the carrying case for the blind, bow fits in perfect, its quiet, and easy to carry
