The Hunting Public and the Hunting Beast if you want to learn anything about killing big bucks in real life situations. That is all.

Cap and Ball
C&Rsenal
I used to like Hickok45
There is a group out of Pennsylvania that hunts with old guns, flintlocks and long bows but also some 100+ year old rifles, Leatheroot Outdoors.
I have shifted to old stuff recently.

I don’t watch a lot of YouTube channels for hunting but I’ve watched a few firearm videos by Ron Spomer, and Gun Blue. I’ve watched a few deer and moose hunts, and I find that I’m drawn those videos that resemble my hunting style e.g. big woods/off the beaten path. Watching a guy shoot over bait or crops gets old fast IMO.

There is a tonne of really good hunting content - and typically far more interesting than the formulaic 20 minute television hunting show beholden to obvious commercial interests.
The Hunting Public
Greg McHale’s Wild Yukon
Mindful Hunter
Randy Newberg
Remi Warren
Backcountry BC and Beyond
Meat Eater

Predator Quest with Les Johnson has to be my favorite followed by Canada in the Rough and Hickok45.
