This is how the game needs to be played these days, especially with the new age of voters who don't research, but rely on hearsay on social media to form an opinion.

O'Toole unlike many Liberals including JT has a military background, so he is well aware of what the term 'assault rifles' means, It's a really a pit that many Liberals including JT don't better educate themselves before attempting to make ridiculous legislation. In my opinion the rest of society should be better educated when it comes to firearms, and what legislation affects their responsible use, and just maybe they might stop winding about having further gun control. Ignorance of anything is not necessarily bliss, it is really boils down to being imbecilic.

Don't be getting your hopes up yet that O'Toole might win there are still 16 days left and a lot can change before then and Polls as we have seen before are not always reliable.

Something I am curious about is how many provinces would take Trudope up on his offer of money if they outright ban handguns.
I have yet to hear anything from Provinces about it. I suspect Trudope gave up on trying to give the power to cities as the province would be able to over rule that.
