    I agree that it is a privately run business and they should be allowed to call the shots.
    At the same time, if it wasn't a part of the original contract - then they can't change the terms of the contract after the agreement is made.
    Furthermore - in the same vein, ALL businesses should have the same freedom.
    If a restaurant wants to have both vaxxed and unvaxxed patrons - they should be allowed. It's their business.

    The outfitter isn't changing the contract but adhering to new requirements placed on his business by government since the contract was let.

    Restaurants have long been subject to various public health rules. The requirement that patrons be vaccinated is just another one.

    If the gubment isn't enforcing any of the requirements, whose to say the business owners will. It's their business, they'll run it their way.

    Is the outfitter flying your group with their own plane? It may well be another company providing the flight? Their plane, their rules.

    The outfitter has their own planes … i clearly understand , that for health and safety of their employees…they
    Are aligning with the Ontario government’s vaccine requirements… i can live with that !!
