I use to feel you should have the freedom to act responsibly. So the issue is really not freedom the issue is what does it mean to act responsibly. I like to refer that issue is back to Cain's encounter with God. God's question to Cain was rhetorical it concerned the whereabouts of his bother able Abel. Rather than admitted his quilt in the killing of his brother. He respond with an equally rhetorical
question: "Am I my brother's keeper?" His expectation was for God to answer "No." Now how did God exactly respond to Cain?
