Not a bad deal, his lifetime hobby of collecting netted her over $1 million US..
At the last Carp Gun show I was at..I bought a few things from a lady that was left her husband's Hunting Stuff and she wanted it to go to a good home. She had it priced right and sold a lot....but if in the end she got $2K she would have been lucky.
Yep, need to find the right buyer.

Look on Gun nutz there is a model 6 on there now in .270, same as 760 or 7600 only a little fancier with monte carlo stock and a little more checkering, actually there is also a 7600 in .270 on Canadian gun nutz as well.

Lots of 270s around, now find me one in 35 Whelen with a 22in barrel.

I am not speaking of collectible arms, hunting arms.
I have buddies that will build up a gun - new stock or stock mod's, upgraded trigger, base, rings, scope then fall out of love and then sell to finance the next project. Just have to be there with a pile of cash when they are looking to sell. Also happens quite a but with pistols.......they buy and shoot 100 or 200 rds then decide to sell.
