A podcast that I was part of was just released today. I was interviewed by ex-NHLer (professional hockey player) Sean Avery. Sean, Theo Fleury, Dustin Penner (all retired NHL hockey players), an emergency room physician, and me are part of a team supporting a new initiative called "Cheers Over Fears" (a website will be premiering in the near future). The purpose is to try to allow all boys and girls who are interested in playing hockey to be able to do so without being forced to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. I know the science behind these vaccines inside and out and have conducted my own cost-benefit analysis. This has led me to conclude that the current COVID-19 vaccines should not be forced upon children. Several countries in Europe have conducted the same analysis and concluded the same thing. This podcast deals with this specific issue, especially as it applies to children and teens in minor hockey. I covered some cutting-edge scientific findings that have really amplified my concerns. As each day passes, many promising hockey careers are being cut short for kids who don't want the vaccine and, therefore, are not being allowed to join their teams. I have also been contacted by parents who have regretted making or allowing their child to get the vaccine to play hockey because the child ended up suffering a severe side-effect from it; in some cases the teens may never be able to play sports at an elite level again. My only goal is to allow all parents and their children to be able to make the most informed decision possible; informed consent disappears when the vaccine is mandated.

It should be the same for everything .

Scouts want my kid vaxxed it's ok to go now but we can't register for October.
So silly.

It's making my kid having second thoughts on getting it just go .

But this is what they want they want children under 18 to make a choice between going out with friends or stop going. It's horrible one of her friends is getting it just to go. It's a shame they pushing it on them.
