Take the bogus fine and fight it, it will never see a court date.

If he was being violent or harassing others (you know, committing an actual crime) then police could remove him from the premises on those grounds. And I would be all for that.

This is a huge violation of our rights. It's simply a directive, not even a law or mandate.

Businesses that think complying with this nonsense will save them...they'll just get shut down again anyways.
Everyone should stand up and refuse to go along with this. Just like the police refused to enforce spot-checks a few months ago...look how quickly that fizzled out.
No violation of human rights according to the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

And the police did show up in Guelph. They'll show up in other places too.

Any restauranteur who wanted to retain his liquor and/or business license would apologize and send them along their way. It's not like they can go to his competition and preferable to allowing them in and facing the consequences.

Bad laws were made to be broken and ignored. That is how civil wars start and things are settled.
One only has to look at France, England and Australia at this time as an example among many countries.
Canada is simply running a bit behind.

The MSM and paid influencers can try and hide it all they want but the gig is up.

We are connected worldwide and people are well aware of these draconian measures, lies and deceits.
You simply cannot divide a population and think it will be business as usual.
A tyrannical government will not be able to impose its will on the population without a fight.

Stay tuned for a lot worse before it eventually gets better.

That's fine but using Violence and threats of burning down a person business is just plain wrong.

That's fine but does that mean that peaceful protestors standing up for their basic rights should be shot with rubber bullets?
