    Could this be the opening salvo in the hand gun wars? Maybe,Quebec is after the $1Billion Trudeau promised. Hang on to your hats. Anything can happen.

    Did Quebec even get 20% compliance with their new long gun registry maybe she’s going to say they found copy old registry and we now know who you are lol

    Well we have known for awhile the RCMP did keep a copy of the registry and say $100M in a city budget would help any city so the $1B for handgun bans is likely appealing to them.

    This likely the "unprecedented announcement" the Minister was talking about. Ho-hum,same old same old.
