We will be doing wild game cutting this year . you kill it we cut it . call ahead for drop off please have ready for cutting ( must be skinned, leave back gams on legs)

Now doing wild game sausages. anyone looking for their moose, bear, deer ect. meat left over from last year to be turned in to sausages im your guy. we do mild, medium hot Italian and honey garlic , not smoking just yet. $3.00 a lb and I supply the pork that goes in them. please call if you have an order or any questions . 613-278-1053.
