Tiny marsh pheasant hunting

Does anybody have the contact number for person who gives out the licenses for the hunts..The number I have is no longer in service

It indicates on the MTM website for daily hunters (without seasonal permit) can purchase a daily permit on-site from 7:00 - 9:00 am from a MTM Hunt monitor.
I know that last year I was told to call the day before to ensure someone shows up the next day to sell a me a daily permit.
Has anyone hunted Tiny yet that is not a seasonal permit holder and did you just show up and the MTM Hunt monitor was onsite to sell you a permit?
This would be good to know before the drive up to Tiny.

last year, they had a self serve system, u left ure payment and I think licence in the drop box, and picked it up after the hunt. someone was around later in the day to hand back licences.

I never left my licence, just the form and the payment, but was later told I should have ...
