Hello everyone. I don’t comment much on forums but feel compelled:

I’m in the military and have been for decades. This type of nonsensical, conspiracy theory based, stuff is absolute hot garbage. I’m prepared to eat my words if the army gets called out to force you all back into in your homes but, come on. The crap you people post on this forum is ridiculous. So skewed by this sense that big brother is out to get you that you can no longer see the forest through the trees so to speak. I acknowledge that nothing I can say will register with those who have already drank from the Q-anon/whatever else look aid fountain but…

Have been on this forum for a couple years. Don’t post at all because I don’t have anything to offer in regards to Ontario hunting/fishing right now but have watched the discussion on here devolve from one about outdoors stuff to that of bizarre, unfounded conspiracy/pseudoscience. Maybe lay off the weed and get back outdoors. Would do some good.

If you dont understand how the OLD War Measures Act contained wording to restrict the governments ability to resist trampling freedom except in the case of Natural Disaster (nuke) or War, then you can never understand the current Emergency Measures Act and how they removed the previous two contions and replaced them with "Emergency" . This was done by Mulroney at the same time as inserting Section 1 into the New Charter of 1985 which allows the governments to suspend all other Charter rights in the event of an "Emergency". It was designed and known of the results from the inception of NEW 1984/5 Constitution and Charter of Rights and Freedoms changes brought in between Pierre Trudeau and Mulroney. Only Ed Broadbent of NDP was sounding the alarm bells, as were hundreds of Constitutional lawyers at the time.

And here we today - with no rights and no more freedoms.

Yes there are some people that come up with all kind of theories concerning events that concern government but they serve a purpose - they let people know that government can and will take more and more power away from the people - keeping your freedom is a ongoing battle - if not hindered the government will control everything you do or say - just look at a country like China - our founding fathers knew that and created our constitution that basically stops our government from gaining too much power - so maybe some of these conspiracy theories sound far fetched but then it's better to be on that this side of the tracks then let things develop that you can no longer control -
