Any Killer Frost Yet?
Around Dunchurch/ Maple Island area.
Also have you had much rain lately? Some of our guys were up to camp September 18/19 and the trails were dry.

Well that will make moose hunting more challenging with all the leaves on the trees and underbrush. That's never happened to us before. The only leaves we used to see were on the aspens.

In 47 not too much further north (restoule area) and there has not been any hard frosts yet. That being said I would not worry too much about leaves as I would say 75 to 80 percent are dropped as of right now on my 120 acres.
Also not that dry here either. Lake is as high as it ever gets at my place. Pouring rain as I type stripping off remaining leaves.

Good about the leaves! Not so good about the water, but hey that's what Argo's are for! Hopefully I'll have a nice bull moose to haul out with it.

Lucky you. Seen back end of a Moose in the box of a side by side drive by while grouse hunting this am.
Good luck.
