Well these poor folks chipped in $5,000.00 to the reward money, but they seem to have plenty of money to burn. LOL
It actually gets worse as you dig deeper into this story.

So now if the carcass or skin of a White Moose is found again in the bush does the MNR just ignore it and save the money on an investigation presuming it was a treaty rights kill?

And that's why it's so hard to negotiate or settle with FN! There really is no single person or group that represents the FN in any issue. The harvesting of a white moose that is considered sacred by some FN is just considered any easy mark by others.

So the FN who complained about it finds out someone from the FN did it so then it's OK?
