Under health and safety regulations,employers can enact any health and safety rules they deem necessary to ensure a safe work environment. If that includes vaccinations for employees,oh,well. No one is holding anyone down and stickin' them. The choice is always up to the employee. If they don't want to comply,they'll need to find employment elsewhere.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

It's a single voice that is absolutely correct. Because she is receiving huge support for her letter, should tell you she is not wrong. When up to 40% of Health care workers in some settings don't support mandatory vaccinations, someone should be asking why that is.
