I've always shot Hornady SST 300gr. . unfortunately local store only had 250gr's this year. Anybody shoot the 250's through their Wolf?
Going to site in today, just curious how you like the 250's.

I shoot a CVA Optima and I made the same switch a couple of years ago for the same reason. They shoot just as well as the 300 gr bullets. The 250 gr bullet was effective on the one deer I shot with these bullets. I use the pelleted powder, so I can't say if fine tuning your load would allow you to notice a difference between the two bullets.
