I have to wonder, for what reason the search warrant was granted. I thought there had to be a good reason for issuing them. You don't suppose there may have been a couple of levels to his business dealings. One above the table the other under it. Perhaps the Toronto police had gotten some tip on the second level activity and didn't want to noise it around. What is most disturbing is they went in with guns blazing, they are getting as bad as law enforcement south of the border, where they shoot first and make some type of determination after the fact. Has our law enforcement actually sunk to that level?

I wonder if anyone on here knows more? Quite possibly they might not be allowed to speak. Hopefully somebody hears something soon.

If the Toronto coppers contacted the OPP this would have been avoided. Roger also did work for the OPP!!??
I really hope some heads roll because of this!!

SIU investigations are always tight-lipped. That’s one of the main complaints, even the police have with them. It always leads to rumours and speculation, that serve no good purpose !

The issue of the local police (OPP) not being contacted about a warrant being executed in their jurisdiction by a different police service could be for a number of reasons, 1 being that they maybe believed maybe the OPP or members of that local detachment could be corrupted and might be involved in an illegal interaction with the name of the person being served and did not want them dropping a dime before the warrant was executed.
We will not know for sure probably ever as the SIU will not release all the details of this death for months, and then only the details THEY deem relevant.

With our liberal based media, we will probably never know the whys and how this tragedy occured? They are not going to follow, let alone investigate and seek the truth about this event. There will be no reporters hounding the police service for comment or explanation on this. The SIU will bury it and that will be the end of story? Move along folks, nothing to see here....

The customer in the shop with him was an eyewitness to the whole event, I wonder how they will try and brain wash him?
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst!
