Vortex Canada
We have finally been successful in our controlled hunt. Over a year ago, I bought a Vortex Spark 2, red dot to put on my 20 gauge. Well, I attempted to sight it in, but found that after every shot, the red dot went out.
I called customer service and as a result, I forwarded the scope to Vortex in Guelph, received by them yesterday. I got an email today advising they were replacing the scope and would ship it today. I have other Vortex products, and will certainly purchase more. Their customer service is second to none, as is their warranty.

Thats the kind of company you want to buy from!
I got a Vortex scope last year for my .222 after I tripped and fell on my gun and broke a 40 yr old Redfield 6-18 target scope - bought Vortex because Canadian, and because of that warranty.

I have a Vortex 3x9 Diamond Back on my 270 WSM, the they are awesome scopes. No issues at all Rick and if it did I have a lot of convenience that they would come thru

They recently replaced my binos that i had dropped off my deck and broke one of the eye pieces...no questions asked and replaced in about a weeks time!

Fantastic warranty. I once accidentally purged the gas from my Vortex XBR scope.They paid for postage both ways.

I have had the same experience with Bushnell in Mississauga.
