The bottom line: Rosenbaum was a registered sex offender who was out on bond for a domestic abuse battery accusation and was caught on video acting aggressively earlier that night. Huber was a felon convicted in a strangulation case who was recently accused of domestic abuse. Grosskreutz was convicted of a crime for use of a firearm while intoxicated and was armed with a handgun when shot. You can read their criminal records in full later in this article.

It's pretty hard to "racialize" this case when the perps were all white. The DA was a moron. For sure,he'll never get re-elected,especially,after pointing the rifle at jurors to make a point. The Judge was a stand-up guy seeing through the prosecutions usual dirty tricks. Really,this is the only way this case could turn out.

There are many many examples of justice f***** by political decisions! Just look at Canada and SNC and Jody W.R., she was insulted, lied about, fired and even today you see Lib supporters attacking her for being unfaithful to the party (she wasn't corrupt and wouldn't lie for them). Then the PMO blocked the ethics and RCMP investigations into the PM's actions... A minority woman attacked, mocked, lied about all because she was honest and criminal investigation blocked politically!

Rosenbaum (child rapist) and Huber are being called heroes, Tucker actually shows the videos of them saying that.... criminals taken as heroes and the problem is the victim defended himself and didn't die to them. Do you really think he should profit after this stunt he pulled.

This KID made a conscious decision to place himself in harm's way by arming himself and going down amongst protesters and used the excuse he was doing a service to the public.

Now he like many of his weekend WARRIOR type's felt emboldened because he could legally arm himself with an AR 15, so was given POWER
by the State to go out there and confront other people and feel like he was a big man.

So legally the jury found he used justifiable force to defend himself, but look at the low bar this State and others set for the taking of another human life.

If this continues the message sent to other protesters is simple, we all arm ourselves with Ar15,s and if the opposition are similarly armed it becomes a case of who pointed the gun first at whom and you have a shooting war and everybody declares they were acting in self defense.

This is a tragic story, this kid will probably never recover his life fully, the killing will be with him for life.
