reveal x trail cam problems...

just received my new reveal x today and am having trouble connecting to my phone. message keeps coming up that i cannot connect this camera .

anyone have one of these who can offer some advice?

going to try phoning tomorrow and hoping for some good results but just wondering what experiences others may have had.

camera is working excellent.......its been in the bush only a few hours and lots of oics coming in
