I still haven’t figured out why my pictures are always posted sideways. Sorry.

It might be denned up by now. You may have to wait until spring.
If a tree falls on your ex in the woods and nobody hears it,you should probably still get rid of your chainsaw. Just sayin'....

I was talking to a guy in cabelas today. He’s got over 400 pics of one enjoying a bait pile for deer.
The first pic was really fresh. Still had soft sap on it ( and it was right beside a roughed in ground blind that I just put in… I mean 2 yrds away… and wasn’t there when I set up a week ago )
Regardless I’m gonna go until the final day of the season.

Thanks Fratri. I was actually thinking of you and your ability to spot and stalk today as I was crunching leaves like potato chips in the woods today.

I was in the Sudbury area 2 days ago after an all night snow and followed fresh bear tracks down my road. It was pretty mild the day before but I bet that temp drop and snow caught him by surprise

Days like that want to send me home
Unbelievable the amount of noise you can make in those conditions. Seems like the crunch can be heard for miles...
Hope you get your bear.

Good luck! I still have my bear tag as well this year. Circumstances have prevented me from going out since Oct 01. Bit of a bummer but always the spring to look forward to.
