I took the realists path with the Covid.Due of my family back in Europe,and some members really old-i had no choice ,but to take the shot,for a what if scenario.
I generally have neither strong AntiVax-but also no strong ProVax stand.

Everyone does what they think is the best for them, and live with consequences of their choice( up to and including getting badly ill-or worse, due of not taking the shot/getting laid off due of not taking the shot while working where that is deemed needed by ppl in power /up to and including taking chances of having unwanted side effects of the shot taken).
To each-their own.

I generally strongly disagree with pushing the vaccine down the throat of the young ones though,because their lives may be in the hands of others(being too young to have their decisison making capability)But-i guess,nowadays, many circles try to influence(wrongly in my mind)the young ones even in other/sometimes irreversible decisions as well.
Government responsibility and fault if negative effects happen.Alas-hardly anyone will ever be taken responsible .I think.
But-parents SHOULD do ,what they think is the best for their own children(that is how it was for 1000 of years)WITHOUT government interference.

At the other hand-morale of my post: sadly i do not see this COVID dying anytime soon.

There are millions of people making good living/covering their backside /or getting filthy rich on the COVID roller coaster.
There is very little(if any)motivation ,for anyone relevant to even TRY to add common sense to this sad story.

One day-it will stop to be a factor in our lives.
When-if i would place a bet -in 2 to 3 years!Mostly will be killed by-old story,need a newer one,...........

Then we will see, all the big shots washing their hands/pointing fingers to another ones-or just shrugging their shoulders.
Sad indeed.

Imagine that a shot that is short lived the madness is scary crazy.

When we give kids shots they actually mean something not getting a shot every few months to boost their immunity to a virus they have a 99.9 survival rate with.

This means that all those with 3 shots who don't get the 4th will have their precious covid pass revoked (as happened to those with only 2 shots).

If people were paying attention Israel was planning it's 4th directly after the third. No doubt they will continue lol.

Israel’s national coronavirus czar on Saturday called for the country to begin making preparations to eventually administer fourth doses of the coronavirus vaccine.

“Given that that the virus is here and will continue to be here, we also need to prepare for a fourth injection,” Salman Zarka told Kan public radio.

He did not specify when fourth vaccine shots could eventually be administered.

Zarka also said that the next booster shot may be modified to better protect against new variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes COVID-19, such as the highly infectious Delta strain.

“This is our life from now on, in waves,” he said.

Zarka made similar comments in an interview with The Times of Israel last month.

“It seems that if we learn the lessons from the fourth wave, we must consider the [possibility of subsequent] waves with the new variants, such as the new one from South America,” he said at the time.

“And thinking about this and the waning of the vaccines and the antibodies, it seems every few months — it could be once a year or five or six months — we’ll need another shot.”
